Hello Bernie,

The insert coming with the selegiline (in the Netherlands
at least) says:

Guidelines for use:
Dose and way of use:
When your doctor doesn't prescribe differently, the use
is as follows:
1-2 tablets in the morning after breakfast OR 1 tablet
after breakfast and 1 after lunch.

That's where I got it, Bernie.

BTW I can assure you the effect is different for all
patients. I have been taken Eldepryl now for 5 years,
2 at the same time around 10.00 am. And I sleep
like a rose (ah well a snorring rose I presume).
It's (after consulting your doctor of course) worth a try
if you are having sleepproblems at night.

Hans.
