Get rid of any damn doctor who won't call you back - he has too many
patients or too many golf games. I did.

No first hand knowledge but I have some second hand - 3 different people -
that Mt. Sinai Medical Center, NYC, is better than Columbia Pres. for PD.
[I don't know that anyplace specializes in the Plus's]  Contact person @ Mt.
Sinai is, I was told, Rachel Rubin at 212 426 7636
