Re the Chapter 11 joke, I just want to say my intention was really not to lambaste Bernard Klainberg's distaste for the joke, but rather to perhaps ask him to reexamine what was really there Vs what he thought was going to be there, that's all. I did not mean to belittle or insult him in any way.
