N.b.  Please remember that what I had in mind was aimied specifically at YOUNG
PWPs - not that I have anything agoainst our older friends, but there already
is a whole system in  place for senior citizens. It was mainly people like
myself and Ivan, who dont qualify for what the system has to offer, (either
because the law does not allow us to - eg medicare - or because our age makes
us unsuitable for - eg nursing homes) that I was thinking of.
