Hi, Just got back from seeing mom. I said hi, to mom as I entered the room and you know what? She said hi, back!!!!! This is the first time in 13 days that mom has spoken any kind of greeting!!!! We actually had a conversation today. She actually asked questions!!!! She is still confused in spots but most of what she said made sence. She still had major trouble completing some thoughts, but at least she was able to say more than 10 words in a row!!! Physically she is the same, very weak. But I noticed today she moved her arms more. From what the nurse said while I was there, mom had great difficulty standing even with help, just to get from her bed to the cardiac chair.
