Hi David,
You had mentioned not to use pine in you home. does that mean pine sol
when I mop floors. I don't use air fresheners If that is what you are
talking about. About your sandalwood, I have tremors I do mediation to help
I don't use aroma therapy for I have asmth and smells bother me. You said it
stooped you tremors could it be that when you use it you become relaxed
which in turn stops the tremors. I know that if I become stressed I get
tremors and If I take time to do some deep breathing and tell myself to calm
down and relax, my tremors also stop. If they are PD because of not enough
meds this does not work. Janice

>Janet, I looked up your questions, I resent your inquistion, and I feel
that
>anything I say you will find a way to distort. But I am going to answer the
>questions about my family and Parkinson's.
>
>My Grandfather was Paul Oller Sr. (Oklahoma city) he died in 1967 at either
>Saint Anthony hospital or Baptist Memorial in Oklahoma City. They didn't
>take me to the hostpital with them so I'm not positive which. I was with
him
>just before he died. He was trying to say something to me but I don't know
>what it was. Speech was very difficult for him the last year. Walking went
>first with him. I remember my Grandmother pushing him out of the car with
>her back, and then turning around and grabbing him. She was only 4' 11"
tall
>and very tiny. She lived until last year (96 years old) The last ten years
>she had dementia but phyically she was pretty healthy until she stopped
>eating. I lived with her for a year when I got out of the navy. She cried
>every night and that was four years after he died. I believe he had the
>Parkinson's for about ten years, but I'm not clear on that exactly. I have
>no idea what kind of medication he took. He drank two whiskeys and seven-up
>every evening.
>
>My Grandmother (Mom's side) Was diagnosed while I was in the Navy. She died
>within two years of being diagnosed. I don't know what kind of medication
>she took.
>
>My Dad died around two years ago. He talked about Dopamine, but I never
>talked to him about his medication. He lived in Edmond Oklahoma and died at
>Edmond Memorial. My dad shook more than anyone else, but he had a lot of
>guts. He played on a softball team until just about a year before he died.
>He loved that, even though it was very difficult for him. I think the team
>had other Parkinson's sufferers on it and some other seniors. His speech
was
>pretty good right up until he died.
>
>Now I suspect you are going to try and find some holes in my story, and
>discredit me as a liar, so I'm going to nip that in the bud right now.
>
>I have three brothers living in Oklahoma City. Ronald, Frank, and Daniel. I
>will be happy to give you their numbers privately. There is a Physician in
>Oklahoma City and one in Edmond that I've known since I was eleven, and
>Jimmy is very familiar with my Dad's and Grandfather's history. I'm sure he
>would be happy to give you his opinion of my character as well. I'm certain
>he would be happy to talk to you, but I would ask that only you call him so
>it doesn't become a great problem for him.

>Wayne Wasemiller--Oklahoma City--neurologist
>James Colvert--Edmond, Ok. GP

>Now, in an earlier post I mentioned MSD sheets, but I saw no responses to
>that. I am curious if people here are aware of what these are. My family
was
>not. I do not sell MSD sheets but you can get them "free" on any product by
>calling the number on the product. These sheets are definetly "Mainstream"
>as they are government mandated and carried out by research institutes
which
>I'm sure you would find credible. They list any and all "known" health
>hazards on the products. You can also check out EPA's website it has very
>good information on Indoor Air Quality and Indoor Environmental Health
>hazards. You will find that most homes are unhealthy due to poor
>ventilation.
>
>Before I get attacked for mentioning indoor air quality, because I truly am
>a professional in that industry, and I definetly have a webpage promoting
my
>services in that area, let me clearly say I have no interest in promoting
>that service in this group. In fact, I would be happy to answer any
>questions anyone in this group has free of charge, and there are no
products
>besides my advise I sell in this area. My customers are exclusively
>commercial and industrial and include hospitals, national retailers, hotels
>etc. I do not do residential or home work.
>
>Now perhaps you are one of those people who think this is "hogwash." But
you
>may consider there are people out here that don't agree with you, and you
>may be wrong! The EPA seems to think it's an important issue, and I'm
>certain there are MD's out there that feel the same way. So I would
>appreciate you not announcing hidden motives until such a time as I
actually
>sell, charge, or offer to sell or charge someone for something.
>
>Once that occurs please feel free to say anything you want about me. I came
>here in good faith and with none of the motives you claimed. I deserve the
>benefit of the doubt and should not be subjected to libel based on your
>whims and opinions. You may feel you have an outstanding ability to
>determine other peoples motives and agendas, but I know for a fact that in
>one case you have made an error. If society supported your right to do
this,
>we wouldn't have libel and slander laws. Obviously the rule is innocent
>until proven quilty, and this applies to public charges you make against
