Hi Mary,

Gosh darn, you are great, even though you are at UCLA, Alma Mater of 2 my kids, 2 from
U of Az, and me from USC. ( All bets are off on our annual football game, USC will come through, and victory will be ours !!) I am the program Co Chair of the NPF, AZ Chapter and will be having a workshop on exercise next March. We will be developing a model for the use of Therabands and a device called the Disk Sit, which replicates the "Balance Ball" idea by using a air-filled pillow in the shape of the top of the ball, and fits on the top of a chair. This is helpful for balancing, yet very safe to use. I'll bring this to the attention of the Board, and perhaps we can add this to our library.

Thanks for the posting, much needed information.

Bernie

At 07:42 AM 11/18/98 +0100, you wrote:

Dear Barbara,

>Date:=A0=A0=A0 Sat, 14 Nov 1998 16:28:02 EST
>From:=A0=A0=A0 Barbara Blake-Krebs <[log in to unmask]>
>Subject: Nov.
