For about 10 years of so, my mother has been taking Sinemet. She is trying very hard to cope, but things have gotten very bad. She is now on increasing doses of Sinemet, with no other medications. The Sinemet has begun to have all sorts of horrible side-effects. My mom is going through pure hell. Is there anyone out there who knows of any Parkinson's specialists - someone who is accessible and willing to work with the patient - in the Cleveland, Ohio area?
