Ivan, I hope you can find what you need. Perhaps there should be an on-line employment place where people in need can advertise for caregivers and those willing to be caregivers could put their names also. Maybe a section for those willing to move or be live-ins for a period of time. Also, I can completely understand about your "on" periods as I have the same problem. When "off" I stay home and few people ever see me. But, when I am "on" I try to do as much as possible including anything that must be done outside my home.
