mr. liebl: my "buzz" on your thoughtful "beescene" suggestion, for what it's worth: for many of us, the wonderful toronto listserv (with its 1600-plus members) already serves as a kind of bulletin board on parkinson's news, as well as a public forum for everything else. i may be missing something in your own suggestion for a new bulletin board but it looks as bit as if it might become a separate and potentially competitive vehicle. for those of us who already spend an hour or more a day on the listserv, this would create a second obligation, require more time of all of us and reduce the value of the existing forum. correct me if i'm wrong. in any case, i completely agree with the impulse behind your suggestion; the more good sharing in this rapidly evolving field, the better. robin elliott, executive director, parkinson's disease foundation
