Ivan, m'dear..... Have you considered advertising for a PARKIE room
mate to SHARE the cost and services of a hired caregiver?   With both
of you combining (doubling?) the pool of funds available for a
caregiver, while ya'd have to  share the assistance, that'd at least
be a reasonably well paid caregiver (all things considered).
