Dear Colleagues in Cyberspace: I am not a professional. I have noted recently 2 posts describing obsessive compulsive behaviour after pallidotomy. OCB is inself, a serious condition and should be treated. But, OCB, following a PAL , (one case was not even reported to the neurologist), presents a doubly serious situation. I am certain we all agree that such conditions should be revealed and treated; and that anyone else harbouring something similar would immediately seek help. [log in to unmask] (Mary Manfredi)
