Barb, I hope you are right. It would not be fair for doctors to prusue agressive treatment in the early (late mild) stages of PD when those treatments would be better used later when they are needed more. Maybe the 8 page article in the mag will gine us more info on how severe his symptoms really were to justify the surgery at so young an age.
