The researchers believe stem cells hold great promise for providing a cure for PD. Isn't it then "immoral" for politicians to block this research which could end the vast, collective suffering that all PWP endure day after day? I, for one, am young and in the early stage of PD. I'm able to maintain a fairly healthy attitude because I am very hopeful that great advances in treating PS's symptoms, or even a cure, will be available to me as the disease progresses. To withhold this from me and every other PWP is cruel. I'm alive. I'm human. I need help because I have a progressive disease for which there is no known cure. Doesn't that count for anything?
