Edie, Thanks for sharing your story, however brief. I got what I needed to hear: there is hope. That's what got me over my initial shock after my diagnosis, that there is great variability in how patients are affected. The realization that I had a chance, even a slim one, to not be severely affected during my lifetime was tremendously encouraging. I am mentally and physically active and intend to remain so as long as I possibly can. PD has made me appreciate things most take for granted. Thanks again, Keith Chancey 45/14 months Memphis, TN
