I got a different impression from the article, Bill.  I identified with much
of his story from his early disbelief to his positive attitude to keep on
enjoying life even as his own activity is being slowly limited   The
discussion with his young son before the surgery was poignant    His
references to what his own future COULD be and the uncertainty he faces spoke
volumes.  I think his (our) story came through.
