I'd consider having a second surgery on the other side of my brain
when it's needed - which prolly won't be for a coupla-three years or
possibly more - depending if the progression of the disease continues
to remain fairly slow as it has been so far.

I'd presume (well, better make that "hope") by that time we'll see
even more sophisticated imagining and brain mapping being done prior
to each surgery.  Possibly there'll be  additional new or refined
surgeries and/or drug treatments that will be available to chose
from, as well.

Sooooo.... I'd say I have an open mind about what the next step will
be for me.
