Sounds like a variation on the reverse mortgage deal. Ivan may be too young to qualify, but he should look into it. Aren't too many folks around his age with a paid-for house. And i also think he should follow up with the lead i gave him at UNUM Life Insurance Co., which is HQ'd up there in Portland !!!! Ivan??
