Internal pallidum stimulation effective for "off" states in Parkinson's disease WESTPORT, Dec 21 (Reuters Health) - Bilateral high-frequency stimulation of the internal globus pallidus significantly improves symptoms of Parkinson's disease during the medication "off" state. Dr. J.
