Hi Bill and other listfriends, The listvolume is not the problem. It is the fact that you often don't know what is in the E-mail and that you have to read all of it. Or more than one subject in an E-mail. I'll explain what I mean. We all use a computer to make life easier ! So we all use the possibility that a mailer program (outlook express, Eudora) offers us. It is the possibilty to sort your incoming mail by subject (or many other things). BUT it is clear that you have to be very disciplinned (is this an english word or one of my mind?) to make sure that the subject covers the contents of the E-mail and that there is only one subject per e-mail. This way everyone can set up (or can have it done) a mail system that sorts the mail by subject immediately as you receive it. You can open the folder with the subject of your interest and read the mail.
