Dear cookie lovers, Have you tried the N-M cookie recipe that someone was kind enough to provide us just a few weeks ago? I have had 3 batches baked for me and twice the cookies turned out hard and dry. The baker had substituted margarine for the butter. The third time, having used butter, they turned out to be very chewy and delicious-- now one of my favorites. Wishing you all Peace Love and Joy throughout this holiday . myron 58/36/27
