How do you do it and how do you feel about it.< Hi, I changed from Tasmar (300 mg/day) to Comtess - Entacapone (400 mg/day). = In my view it has a comparable effect. I take levodopa (50 mg) together with= Comtess (100 mg - I cut one tablet of 200 mg in two pieces). Together wit= h Parlodel (Parkotil - 0.5 mg) it gives me about 3 hours of acceptable mobility.
