Perhaps your mom can't tolerate Mirapex.  My husband's 'Tardive dyskinesis'
(the flailing that occurs in Mirapex/Sinemet over-dose) became so severe
that we decreased his dose of Mirapex.  Our neuro was not pleased - stating
that Mirapex was the answer to my husband's PD.  I stood my ground and
insisted that this effect was causing him not only great discomfort, but a
dangerous lack of co-ordination.  Report your mom's symptoms to her doctor
and examine whether she would be better off decreasing Mirapex in an effort
to find out if the med is the cause of her problem.
