This comes up periodically on this List and on others as well.  There
is *NO* association between Parkinson's disease and heavy metals.
"Chelation therapy" is of no value in Parkinson's disease, nor, these
days, of much value even in heavy-metal poisoning (lead, arsenic,
thallium, mercury, etc.).  Most heavy metal poisoning is now treated
with kidney dialysis, as it is more effective and has less risk.

"Chelation therapy" is quackery.
