Some people advocate a dietary ratio of 1 part protein to 7 parts all
else throughout the day.  Others have all their protein at the end
of the day. See

Also, dietary fat keeps sinemet CR in the stomach longer, delaying
it's arrival in the small intestines where it is absorbed.
