Can you > elucidate? or tell me where to find more info on this? Some people advocate a dietary ratio of 1 part protein to 7 parts all else throughout the day. Others have all their protein at the end of the day. See http://neuro-chief-e.mgh.harvard.edu/Parkinsonsweb/Main/Alternative /diet.html http://www.balancenutrition.com/ Also, dietary fat keeps sinemet CR in the stomach longer, delaying it's arrival in the small intestines where it is absorbed. Also, I have been procrastinating too long on checking into the book by Kathrynne Holden, MS, RD who is a member of the list. Phil Tompkins Hoboken NJ age 61/dx 1990
