The long-awaited print CASLL Newsletter went in the mail this
morning. If you're a member of CASLL you should get it, well,
before summer . . .

and follow the links to the current issue. I'm still working on the
Web site, and suggestions are welcome (some suggestions have already
been implemented).
If you don't receive a print Newsletter, it probably means you're
not a member (if you do get one, you probably still owe your
membership fee, anyway). You can easily become one -- and contribute
to the organization's principal activity, which is organizing the
annual working conference and subsidizing students and the
un[der]employed to attend, by sending a cheque for $20 ($10 if you're
not fully employed) to Kenna Manos, the CASLL treasurer, at this
