John's comments are accurate as I have experienced them. I have other comments, details, stories* [mostly good] - feel free to ask. * Only 2 people have ever refused to try to understand my less than stellar speech. One is the clerk at the Camping Dept at the Boy Scout's NYC office. The other was a nurse in the Neurology Dept at the East Orange, NJ VA Hospital !! I just laughed.
