Most of those who I've replied to know that I'm a county agent. (Not quite like Green Acres) I received an inquiry last week from a home owner asking if I had building plans for an outhouse, and any method of providing power to a home water well for extended periods of time. I thought the man had a deer camp he was fixing up - nope, he was just worried the electric company would go out of business on Dec 31, 1999. Am I the only one who thinks some people may be over reacting about this? Bob
