To Simon Coles, Just a brief note to say that I greatly appreciate the work you have done to provide the archive facility. I don't have the documentation for Lotus Notes, so I sometimes experiment. I recently found that I can retrieve a day's message by entering just the date in the query box as e.g., 31 Dec 1998. This will be a great help when I have to set Parkinsn nomail but want to come back later and read what I have missed. For days less than 10, I have to enter the day both with and without the leading zero, e.g. "7 Jan 1999" OR "07 Jan 1999" in order to get everything. Phil Tompkins Hoboken NJ
