Just heard a report on the Today show about the incidence of breast cancer in women who consume more than 1 1/2 drinks of alcohol per day. Apparently alcohol increases estrogen levels - so if a woman is taking estrogen post-menopause, she increases her chances contracting cancer *substantially* (40%). That incidence also includes uterine, colon, and breast cancers. ----- Mary Ann Ryan
