You should obtain a copy of "Biometric Instrument Measuring Neuromuscular Disorder/Performance Degradation," NASA Tech Brief MFS-26449. This report (11 pages) specifically targets Parkinson's hand writing analysis with software available from NASA. I will supply a paper copy of this report to anyone that sends me a SASE. I do NOT have any of the software (You'll have to go directly to NASA for that).
