I don't know the contact, but I found out the university's initials are UCSD and the article was in the 1/18 issue of the SD Union Tribune, section B, City edition, pages 2 & 3, if that is any help. Man, sitting here listening to Bubba speak as I write this I find myself becoming a (my GOD) Democrat (ouch). Let me say, if die-hard anti-big government fiscal conservatives like me are starting to like this man , what he says & how he says it - the Republicans can hang it up for awhile!
