Regarding the depression to paranoia spectrum... It is unlikely that it is as simple as this but I would be curious to hea= r listmembers response to the following thought: = Could the depression to paranoia spectrum correspond to under and overmedication? Fortunately I have neither (I hope - am I being paranoid= here?) but from what I've read and heard it seems that those who are chronically undermedicated are prone to depression while those on high doses of sinemet or who take multiple agonists are prone to anxiety, paranoia and obsessive behavior. One might consider first experimenting= = with adjusting one's level of PD drugs before venturing into the world of= psychiatric pharmacology. Just a thought ...
