Dear list friends:
Joe was buried today, and the family has asked us to thank all who sent
condolences and took an interest in what was happening to our fellow
Parkinsonian.
You will have noticed a message on the list from Joe's daughter, Lori
Bruckbauer, and her husband Michael. The poem they posted was read at
the funeral by Judith, whom Joe called his "guardian angel."
Joe recently bought a computer, and was going to become a member of the
Parkinsn list. He never made it.
Joe and Judi were co-leaders of the Young Onset group here in London,
Ontario. Both were born in 1941, and were at about the same stage in
their Parkinsons, until Joe's troubles hit.
All the messages you kind people have sent will be forwarded to Lori
and Mike to print out for Joe's wife, Donna.
The coroner's examination found nothing to explain Joe's sudden death.
Further tests will be done. We will let you know, especially if
Parkinsons or drugs were a factor.
         Thank you all again.
         Alan Richards
