it's about time we heard from you
i was about to send a posse

now
a little lecture
especially in light of a recent tragedy

fooling with our brain chemistry is not to be taken lightly

those chemicals create our perceived world
or destroy it

low and slow
is the rule i got from my very first neuro
in re titration of meds

in this era of microwaves and faxes and e-mail
time seems to have been compressed
but don't do that to your brain
please

rumour has it
it takes our bodies one week to adjust to a one hour time change!!!
i.o.w.
jet-lag from an 8 hour return flight takes 16 weeks to fully adjust to
and there are no meds no chemicals involved!!!

got it?

good
