F :-) ******************************************************************** Hi Uncle Don, Gee, Don, thanks for your name on the PETITION! Someone who reads this will get it typed in the right spot for you. It would be quite something if you and I worked on any projects that help PWP's--I'm sure things would change MIGHTY fast! :-) ( smiling face ) I'm trying to work out an agreement for a RENEWABLE annual reduction (TAX RELIEF), based on the Americans With DIsabilities Act. This might HELP OTHER PWP's who need TAX RELIEF in the future, by creating a case history. This afternoon I talked to a local law firm and asked if they could help me get through this. I'm keeping my fingers crossed and hoping they'll say yes. Hilary's PETITION will show the City that I am NOT alone, that PWP's know me and back me. My septic was new in 1983, and works perfectly. (Knock on wood}. The problem is that every year, the sewer bills add up. The City put in a sewer line in 1992, started charging 111 property owners without hookup in 1995, but I've been here since 1985. I understand the CIty's point of view, but due to PD, my income is gone, and expenses are up. I pay for the water. I always paid my tax bill in past years. Ivan
