Brig has been on Mirapex since March and he came off of Permax in three days. He then began the journey of building Mirapex from . 0125 to l mg 3x a day right now. This took about one month and he has been on that dosage for about 11 months. He also tried tasmar which helped him and cut his sinemet, but when he went off of the tasmar very slowly, he was awful. He had regressed to beyond what he was when he started the drug. The building of Mirapex was another horror story, some neuros then changed their policies and left people leave Permax slowly and start Mirapex during this time. He is just now coming back slowly to what he was before tasmar but has had to up his sinemet to try to just maintain some kind of life. The medicine game is getting wild, most of it is try it, if it doesn't work, try something else. Sorry, I've been very discourage for a while...The struggle isn't getting any easier, as most of us already know. Gerry
