I call that position the beetle position
 it is just possible to get up from this position
it is somewhat easier if there is something  for your arms to pull on
1 decide if you are going to have more support and space on the
left or right side
2 then get into position arms up in the air legs up in the air also
3 get some movement started  use hands clasped together
4 build up the rocking until it is quite fierce
5if there is something FIRM  GRAB IT! AND YOU WILL BE ON YOUR SIDE
6 but you can do without a grabber if necessary
7 when you are  on your side tuck the lower arm out of the way and
roll onto your tum
8 with practice you can roll right onto your tum inone movement
9 once on your tum get your knees under you and if there is a sturdy chair
you can climb up it or climb up whatever is handy
10 sit on the chair and thank your lucky stars that you had some practice
sessions

be careful not to giggle  you will be in real trouble then
