I would like to agree with Janet Jeanette and Murray and add a few suggestions re 'thawing ' that shoulder. this problem occurs frequently in early pd let the dopa relax you and THEN do the stretches get a professional to start you off on the right foot sorry --shoulder-- when you are able to use that shoulder again put it through a 'range of motion' once or twice a week to be sure it isn't sneaking back to a frozen state hope this helps Anne Rutherford
