As a new person to the list I have seen a lot to topics (some PD related and some not)) being sent to all and sundry on the list. I am not questioning the right to free speech but I was wondering what sentence or sentences define the purpose of this list. I suspect it includes info about PD and support for pwp and carers. Much of what I have read recently doesn't fall into this category. Also reading the same message (not duplicates) from many people seems to me to be a waste. (e.g. I agree with Fred ....so do I .... me too . .. I concur with john also.- john said - what john said was...etc) Yes I have a delete key and yes I use it but would it not be possible for private messages to be sent where the topic does not fall within the remit of this list or where we are emailing "I agree" messages?
