Joe,
I thoroughly agree with your theory of dopamine depletion by stress and
physical excerecie, even if it has positive qualities (broadly speaking
stress, of any kind---i.e., positive or negative-- has the same effects on the
immune and other systems involved in processing stress.  Much of this is based
on my personal experience.  I've never tried taking  an additional dose or
accelerated dose, but that makes sense.  I've had some success with timing my
doses so that they fall shortly before I start exercising.
