Phil, I also lived in NJ. From Ur late paragraph -- I think you've been sniffing Secacus too much.(The way it was.) And the Elizabeth ESSO refineries were not as bad as those in Marcus Hook,Penna. or many other pre-EPA places. Also the is a Non-New Jersey in the UK, could this be the reference? PhilC
