Hello, My name is Sean. I'm 37 with PD and I'm looking for any information on ERISA as it pertains to PD. ERISA is the Employees Retirement Income and Securities Act. It is supposed to protect workers who file a private disability claim. But it seems, in fact, to protect the insurance co. more! Have you heard of any court cases involving PD?
