Hallo, Evrybody!

I'm a new member, from Hungary, and first of all I must say sorry for my poor English.

I'm 44, and 6 years have slight parkinsonian simptoms, mainly stifness in
the right arm,  speech difficulty, general slowness, but no tremor. The
progress is slow, but exists. My left side is normal. I was diagnosed with PD in 1995 and started take Sinemet CR.
Last year I have changed my neurologist, and the new one diagnosed me with MSA.  Unfortunately he died, and  culdn't finish the diagnosis, so it seems not sure.
I had  CT scans in 1992 and 1995, MRI scans in 1995 and 1998, SPECT scans in 1995 and 1998,  and  PET scan , but there are nothing exact on the pictures. The latest MRI and the PET were made in USA, FL. in July 1998. I have seen there a movement disorder specialist, Dr N. Galvez, at Cleveland clinic Florida, who diagnosed me with striatonigral degeneration.  Since than I take Mirapex in combination with L-dopa).
I was examined in Neurology Clinic SOTE Budapest,  in October 1998. There was told me, that my disease is most likely common PD because of the good response to L-dopa.  I had also  an ENG-EMG test, which could't show any autonomic failor.  They prescribed me Madopar 4x125 mg, and Mirapex 4x0,75 mg.  I have high blood pressure too, take once a day 120 mg Isoptin SR (made by Knoll AG, Germany).
My condition is normal, but not good, and I confused, what I really have,
and how it will progress?
Hungarian doctors usually do not try to find an exact final diagnosis ( PD,
PD+, MSA ), because they say: the treatment(medications) is the same. But the future life perspectives are not the same, and I'm too young to wait,
doing nothing. I don't understand, what was  the reson of  thinking of
MSA.and SND....
I am the sales manager of the PC reseller company, and I sell Packard Bell products for big firms and the government. This job needs activity, good communicattion, and there is a lot of stress.
I have two children, daughter 20, son 14. I hope to have at least 15 active years.
My main interests:
    - research and practical news on diagnosis and treatment of PD.
    - would be great to find a (or some) member(s), speeking hungarian...
    - any idea to get Mirapex regulary, for reasonable price.
This drug  is helps me, but not available in Hungary, so It is difficult for me to have it permanently
Oh, sorry, I am afraid, I wrote too much at first.
Best regards, and good luck to all of You.
