Jennifer-- I agree with Charlie Meyer---and suggest you might "lead off"
with the fact that Sinemet gave you the first improvement of your symptoms,
before going into the rest of the background. Emory is a good place, so I
expect you'll be OK, but it would be more comfortable not to go alone, if
you can manage having someone along for support.
