I saw the show, and took the comment by MJF to mean
that he's confident that Parkinson's Disease will be
eradicated in the reasonably near future, or that there'll
be a cure...(from his mouth to God's ear)

Fox  said something similar in the People Magazine article.

At least he's a little more realistic than Janet Reno who commented
to the press about four years ago that there'd be a cure for PD
within TWO years (from that time).

Kinda makes me wonder if movie and political luminaries have some
secret sources of information that only THEY can access, cause I KNOW
no doctor has ever promised ME that there's be no more PD in 2 years
or 10 years or any other number of years (and I prolly wouldn't
believe 'em if they DID tell me that!) <I gotta see it to believe it>
