I am not sure that I know the difference between "syndrome" and
"disease".  Unless "syndrome" refers to a Parkinsonian-like condition
that has been induced by drugs, such as neuroleptics
(anti-psychotics, etc.).  Barring that, Parkinson's "syndrome" is the
same as "Parkinson's Disease".
