Hi,

Can you tell me how and if Cabaser and Madopar are available in the U.S. ?
Many of my PD friends suffer from these off periods and dyskenesias, and
eventually so will I.  I'm not "hip" on how to get drugs from  nontraditional
means in the U.S.
