Blood Pressure Aldomet Alpha-methyldopa Low Janet, I'm not sure this is correct. One of the side effects of Aldomet is Parkinson's symptoms - which, supposedly, disappear after administration is stopped. I think the risk for increasing PD symptoms with this drug are high. ----- Mary Ann
