Thanks Camilla,
I plan to do just that.  If a doctor were to object, then I have no use for
them.  Thanks to all the kind folks on this list I am compiling a list of
questions to take with me.  I think it is better for the doctor as well
because you are coming in prepared and not wasting time and money.  You can
get right to the point.  Thanks for your comments and encouragement.
